Hey there! Thanks for choosing Blumen Florals. Here’s what you need to know when you order from us:

• Delivery Times:

  • Monday to Saturday: 10 AM to 6 PM

  • Sunday: 11 AM to 6 PM

• Express Delivery: Want your flowers fast? Choose the express option at checkout. Just a heads up—express delivery isn't available for Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, or before we open at 10 AM on weekdays and 11 AM on Sundays.

• Pick-Ups: Need it quick? Place your order and it’ll be ready in just 2 hours, except on super busy days like Valentine's and Mother's Day.

• Be Nice: Our team works hard to get your bouquets perfect, so please be kind to them. Got a problem? Tell us right away, and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

• Apartment Deliveries: For deliveries to apartments, we’ll need a phone number to make sure someone’s home to receive your flowers.

• Express Deliveries Outside Vancouver: Need express delivery outside Vancouver? No problem! Just give us a call after you place your order.
